What a absolute joke of a company ordered a summer house on the 19th Feb with fitting was finally told the summer house would be delivered on the 4th April when asked if this took so long because they was doing both same day we was told yes by Ben yes thats with delivery and fully fitted on that date we explained that it definitely had to be that date because we was having a Easter garden party for are 25th wedding anniversary and thats why we wanted it well guess what found out on the 3rd of April this was not the case no fitting was happening just delivery told them to cancel fitting and just delivery and I would get someone else to fit so asked for the refund to pay someone else its now thurs 4 days since ringing Monday and 3 times since and still no refund been nowt but stress and ruined our big day everyone you speak to tells you something different. Unfortunately, we cannot locate your order due to insufficient details left with your review. A side panel was missing from my order so I reported this on the website.
